Site key not working

I keep getting the following message:

There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I log into my account and it shows that I have support until August of 2014. I have the correct site key entered in at the bottom of the general settings.

At one time I had to reset the website from jamonit.info to jamonit.org (which is reflected on my account page when I log into your site).

Can you reset it?
