I’m running EE 4.9.11.p and the EE Calendar 3.2.7.p. A strange issue came up here where the client informed me that single events weren’t displaying properly. I have a single-espresso_events.php template that has been running great on the site for awhile, but it seems like it was being completely ignored. I could rename the template, make changes to it – everything was ignored.
The display for the single events had a broken image, a <span> tag inserted into the image’s ALT attribute and only showed a small excerpt of the content.
So I went through and disabled all plugins except EE4 and the EE Calendar. Everything went back to normal. Activating plugins one-by-one, I found two of them that each would cause the display issue:
-Envira Gallery Standalone Add-On
-Envira Gallery Defaults Add-On

I informed Envira of this issue but also wanted to let you know because I wasn’t sure what was conflicting with what 🙂 I didn’t receive any sort of JS error in the console.

Just to update, I heard back from Envira and they’ve released a new version of their Standalone Add-On which fixes the issue I’ve been dealing with. Hopefully this helps someone else!
