I’m having an odd problem with a customized template.

I made customized versions of single-espresso_events.php and single-espresso_venues.php, and put them in my theme directory. They are working fine on my local dev site. But on my production site, single-espresso_venues.php is not being recognized — when I navigate to a single venue page, it uses single.php instead. I can’t for the life of me find any difference between the dev and production sites that would account for this. I’m sure it must be some dumb simple thing I’m missing…. Any suggestions??
