I’m trying to set members that are level 0 in S2 (subscribers) as a non-member price in Event Expresso and have those members who are Level 1 (Paid members) get the member price. I can’t find where I associate these as it seems Event Expresso treats anyone with a login as a member. Can you please point me in the right direction?

Hello Michael,

As you have pointed out, Event Espresso treats all logged in users as a member regardless of level.

One way of resolving this would be to have all “member” events on a separate page that is viewable/accessible only by that level (set restriction with S2).

This would though mean two lots of events being created, one for 0 level and one for level1 .

I fail to see that as a solution as it would still treat level 0 (free subscribers) as members. So if I have an event that is open to members and non-members then what you are suggesting I would need 3 sets of events, those that are not subscribed (non-members), S2member level 0, free subscribers non members, and then Level1, members.

I’m a bit aggravated because before starting this migration to wordpress I spoke with your sales team and they recommended the S2 Membership and Event Expresso because they integrate with each other.

I just finished a modification to WP user integration that will allow you to set a threshold S2 member level, above which the discount is available. We should be able to put it in the pre-release channel soon, or email it to you before that.
