Set default value for questions in Personal Infomation – Registration from

I like to have a set a default radio-button in a question of my personal information (on my registration from).
The question I add is ‘Do you like to be informed by our news letter’. The answer options are ‘yes’ and ‘no’. I want to set ‘yes’ as selected default. The customer only can change it themself if necessary.
