Seeing a member's events

Is there a way to see the events a member has registered for? I had read once before that it was possible using some sort of plugin to take over the role of users? Is this a functionality that is available or do you know the plugin that is recommended?

I’ve looked for hours and could not find the prior post I saw. Our site uses EE3 and is integrated with s2member pro

User Switching is the plugin I would use. It allows you to log in as others users, without actually having to log out and log in with username and password.
