I’m pretty frustrated by Event Espresso’s reporting.
I need to know which payment type our attendees have chosen: – Invoice/Purchase Order
– Cheque/Money Order
– Direct Bank Transfer
But it’s just not showing up anywhere.
Can anyone help?
A side question:
How can I get notified (e-mail or SMS) about new registrations instantly?
If you go to the attendee overview page (or specific overview for individual events) there is a type column, which outlines what payment method the customer has used. screenshot
Re: your side question, emails are sent as soon as the attendee has registered. The speed of the email reciept is of course outside of our influence.
The SMS aspect is an interesting idea, one that I will add to our feature request list.
