Registration (Payment Reminder Balance) Issue

Greetings,

I had to adjust the payment amount for this person. So I registered them and issue the adjustment. I had the system send me an email saying their payment was incomplete and click on the link in the email to retry. When I did, the first name field is not visible and if I bypass of course, I get an error.

It’s actually a CSS / markup issue that has been fixed in a future version of EE. For now, you can add this CSS to your site, and it should fix it:

.reg-page-billing-info-dv input[type="text"] {
display: block;
}

The form fields are all there, it’s just that they are not lined up correctly with their labels.
