Registration Page Lost All Styling . . .

I only have one event set up. But when the “register” button is clicked, the ensuing (registration) page loses all styling/formatting. Any recommendations? It’s driving me crazy. Please try it out here http://www.patientfocused.org/dental-ce-courses/

Hi,

It’s an easy fix, you have reCAPTCHA turned on, but no API key added. This causes reCAPTCHA to go a little nuts and break things. So, either:

1) Disable reCAPTCHA in the Espresso > General Settings
2) Add in an API key. They are free and available from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin#whyrecaptcha
