Hi,
I am a developer for the websites of voc-brugge.be. They organize workshops for driving experiences.
Their customers are companies, coming with several peoples each with specific information who are subscribing in several workshops.
With the add-on “User Integration” we want to give the company the possibility to check all the subscriptions.
Question 1: Will the specific information per employee be available in the WordPress-backend? (employee information form + subscription dates)
Question 2: can the company reuse the employee-information for new workshops?
Question 3: is there a dutch language file available? (we use Poedit for changes)

We know WordPress very well and if necessary we can make changes in the php and css-files. So if the solutions have to be programmes, we can do it ourselves.

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso.

If you haven’t already, you can test drive EE4 over at http://demoee.org

To answer your questions:

1) If the user is logged in and WP User Integration is active, then their details will be logged in the system and they can also (if they are a user) see their previous/current registrations via their profile.

Admins can view this info by viewing the individual Contact information (Event Espresso > Registrations > Contacts tab > click a contact name).

2) Partially yes. If the user is logged in then their basic information (name/email/address) will be auto filled for them. Custom questions will still need to be answered each time.

3) Yes, via our GlotPress site:

All: http://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4
Dutch: http://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/nl/event-espresso-nl_NL

You can download the files from the Export link at the bottom, but you will need to rename the files (no idea why they come out in with the wrong file name but they do). The correct file name would be:

event-espresso-4-nl_NL.po
event-espresso-4-nl_NL.mo

If you have any other questions or need clarification, please just ask.
