Registration email to the customer, the admin or both?
Have you checked your spam folder?
Have you checked the settings in General Settings and the event to make sure the Payment status is correct, as it is possible to mark emails to not be sent until payment has been received.
Is this a recent occurrence, where they working before?
If so, have you added or updated any themes or plugins including Event Espresso?
