We have received this feedback from one of our clients.
currently you can only check-in delegates who have registered for an event. If a delegate did not register in advance but turned up on the day you have to first add a registration before you can check it in. However, you cannot add bookings after an event is closed. This means that you have to open an event up to the public again, quickly add your bookings, then close it. This was raised at a previous meeting but no other solution was offered. This has become a major issue which we need to resolve
We've looked into developing something to help our client get round this problem but have yet to find a solution...Can you help?
