I have gone through the QuickBooks payment gateway Setup and Configuration. I connected just fine to the Development App. And was able to process a test credit card with success. Then I switched everything over to the Live Production Tokens and Oauth keys. Entered my Company ID and was able to connect to Quickbooks app again with the live credentials. But when I try to process a transaction ( a $1 ticket on a test event). It fails. Looking through the log I found this error :

I have contacted Intuit a few times, and they can see the app, and that it is connected properly. And keep telling me that everything is good on their end.
Any tips or suggestions? Client is getting aggravated with the delays this is causing.
