I’m looking for a reservation system for our HOA that will allow me to Have a signup area for members to (for example) sign up for hayrides on Dec 20, 21, 22 at different time slots (7:00, 7:45, 8:00pm). I need to be able to limit each person signing up to ONLY reserve up to 6 seats at a time. I also need to limit the whole time slot to say 25 seats per time slot.
Other functions I need: export DB entries (name, email, phone, address that will be collected when making reservation) to print off and look at in Excel.
Need email confirmation sent out.
Need Paypal functionality (if needed in future)
Need ability to set multiple time slots per day with limit to user to only choose 6 seats at a time, with total seats at 25.
Need export DB to Excel to print off
We have the money to buy the perfect plugin that will work for our WP site, I’m just unable to find anything out there that will do what we need.

Are these features available in the free version, or which version do I buy?
I need to be sure that we can limit the number of seats a person reserves at one time. Does it give an error if they try to register 2x?
Example: A person reserves 5 seats today and tomorrow goes back in and tries to reserve 5 more because she forgot that she already made the reservation. She is given an error message saying, “Sorry, you’ve already registered with that email address”
Example 2: We have 25 seats total. A person wants to reserve 10 seats. She is given an error message saying “sorry, you can only reserve 6 at a time.”

Hi,
Some of the features are available in the free version but not all. The main one that isnt is the time slots. The free version will only allow one time slot and this cannot have tickets allocated to it.
All of the Premium Licences have this functionality.
Regarding the limitation, we do not have a function to stop people from buying multiple times. However by limiting the seat numbers once the seats are gone they cannot be purchased and they can only select up to X number of seats, whatever the limitation is.
However, if the same person buys tickets for the Monday event and then goes to buy tickets for the Tuesday event the system will allow this.
