All of our class registration forms include a Question Group for created for Company Contact Information, including email, as well as regular Attendee info, etc.
EE is sending confirmation emails to the attendees but not to the company contact. Previously it sent confirmations to both.
Any idea why this might be, or how to troubleshoot it?
I have tried deactivating all other plugins and no luck so there doesn’t seem to be any conflicts there.
Emails are only sent to the email address of the Primary or Additional attendees, emails added as part of additional questions are not emailed.
