Promotion only applied if multiple events are in the cart

Two things we’re looking to do…

1) We need a way to offer/apply a discount when a user has a certain combination of events in there cart. For instance they signed up for a online class in March and a location event in April. If they have both of these in their cart, then they get a 20% discount.

2) I have seen this asked multiple times on here, but just wondering the progress on it. The ability to add promos to each ticket of an event vs the event as a whole. This is a scope issue which I believe is something you guys are working on but not currently available.
