Hi All Ok so I had events working fine on my clients dev server, but then we I clone the site and move to the live server certain pages dont display properly. For example: http://dev.probationchiefs.org/thank-you/?r_id=505c5efe8ea493.36315773 and http://probationchiefs.org/thank-you/?r_id=505c5d8dc1c0a6.19196465 WHen I inspect the pages in firebug it seems that some of the html is missing from the live site. I have tried searching the dbs for dev. links, have tried uploading files manually and using cloning tools but as yet to no avail. Any help would be most appreciated. cheers |

|
Hello, Have you used your licence key on the live site? Your account is stating the licence key hasnt been activated? If you have used it, please delete the licence key, save the General Settings, then re-enter the key and resave. |

Hi Dean, thanks for the response. I have tried what you suggested but unfortunately It hasnt solved my issues. Also when I look at my account page it still says Not Active under license key although I can see this in espresso general settings in wordpress? cheers |

Hi I wasnt sure it would fix the issue myself, but worth a go. Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/contact/ Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form |

Thanks dean. I have submitted the details as requested. cheers |

Hello I have had a look at both the live and dev sites and can see nothing wrong as such. As it is only affecting two of the core pages (txns and thank you) Im thinking something may have corrupted when transferred. Recreating these pages does nothing though. I can’t see any errors at all, its just stopping after the header is loaded. I enabled logging on EE. I cant access it as I would need FTP access. its in the Uploads/espresso/logs directory. Not sure what its going to tell us if anything but worth a check. I think it may be worthwhile to delete the EE plugin/addons, maybe even drop the tables as there is no genuine data, and reinstall. One thing that concerns me is that the plugin is not up to date. It may not be the contributing factor, but its five versions out of date now and lots of things have been updated since then. |

Hi Dean Many thanks. Im not sure what did it but deleting and upgrading seems to have done the trick. cheers |
