"Print your Tickets" link in the email is going to Webiste Home Page

Hi there,

I did all the debug listed in the other thread regarding this.
‘Ticket’ Html Message Type is active as well.
But the “Print your Tickets” link in the email is going to Webiste Home Page.
can you please help?
