We had 3 people register for a seminar and elected to pay via invoice. The primary attendee could no longer attend so we deleted him which left the other two. The two then paid and I went and marked them as paid. The amount owing is now $0.00 but they are still in the pending payments because the primary attendee (who no longer exists) isn’t marked paid. Can you assist?
Additional attendees are attached to the Primary in a variety of ways in EE3. Deleting one is usually a bad idea.
Really the only thing you can do is either create a new attendee in the database and assign it the same registration id and make it the primary, or (and I havent checked this) edit one of the additional attendees that exist and make that the primary attendee.
