Premium BUSINESS license paid and renewed but not working! Please address asap!

key is still the same.
will forward email of receipt! client is not happy. paid last thursday!

version 3.1.34.
WordPress 3.5.2

Hi,

Please can you advise what is not working? Automatic updates for the plugin? Or is it the account hasn’t updated to show the renewal?

Also we have not received an email as yet. Please forward it to support@eventespresso.com and include a link to this forum page.
