HI I’m looking at evaluating event expresso for a currently live site using a competing event sales plugin – Ive had a look at the lutiple events add on and it looks sort of like what we need – essentially we are after a cart like system to allow users to book into several events. Paypal cart would be fine does the plugin with the add on do that?
secondly licenceing , given its a live site ill want to test the plugin on a diffent domain so i can set it up and get it working without effecting the live sites functionality.. can i change my licence activation or have tow domains on a personal licence – one for the dev server and one for the live site ?

Hi Kirsten,
The Multiple Event Registration add on for EE3 (note that EE4 does not currently have this functionality), adds a cart system to your site.
Events are added to it, and once the user is ready they can then purchase the vents. The purchase can be done via PayPal, or one of the many different payment gateways that EE3 supports – https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/ (click the EE3 Gateways tab).
By all means set the plugin up on a test server, that’s no problem. We advise to not add the licence key to the test server. It will not stop functionality but you simply wont get automatic updates for the test server.
