Hi Xander,

Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso.

I would recommend giving EE4 a test drive for free over at http://demoee.org

Events in EE4 are custom post types so will by default list like posts. Events are given dates for both the event itself and also the registration period, so if that registration date has not been reached or has been passed, no one will be able to sign up to the event.

Thanks for yor reply.

But when the event date reached will it automaticly move to the list with current events. And when it past the date, will the event automaticly move to the list with past events?

I see.

The plugin always displays active events. There is a shortcode that can be used to display events on a page [ESPRESSO_EVENTS].

By default that shortcode will only show current events and upcoming events.

You can make it show current and past events with a parameter [ESPRESSO_EVENTS show_expired=”true”]

So the plugin can’t do what you want by default, though via custom code it could definitely be achieved.
