Hi Kevin, Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso. If you haven’t already you can test drive EE4 for free over at http://demoee.org 1) hold details of list of venues and maps The plugin provides a way to add, store and view venues. These can be added to an event or listed separately. Google maps is used for the maps. 2) list details of courses listed by a category or date Yes, the default way to show events in EE4 is very similar to how posts are shown in WordPress and these can be modified to show/hide different aspects such as the ticket selectors. We also have a custom templates addon that can show events in a table layout or grid/masonry layout. 3) applicants book on the course by providing details in a form including email and actual address (also can address fill in automatically when postcode is entered). Yes name and email are mandatory, address and custom questions can be added as well. We do not have a postal code finding system. 4)form to include another email contact to invoice. The form can include a request for another email, but the primary attendee is the one which will be invoiced. 5) confirm the attendee booking by email. Yes this is a standard feature. 6) invoice the other contact by email preferably with a pdf attachment. As per above, that cannot be done currently. Also, the invoices are online, but can be downloaded by the attendees. 7) send a reminder email to attendee near the event. Batch messages can be sent to attendees, but we do not currently have a scheduling system in place. 8) send a reminder email to other contact to pay the invoice. This cannot be done via the plugin. 9) only show events that are in the future not in the past. Expired events are automatically removed from the event list, but can be manually forced to show. 10) applicants book without registering if they want. I hope that helps, please let us know if you have any further questions. |
