Populate Field in InfusionSoft from EE Registration form

I use EE to accept registrations for courses/events and the details are being successfully sent to InfusionSoft (IS). All good.

Is it possible to populate a specific field, such as “lead source”, in IS based on the response to a question on the EE registration form?
