I’ve created an event which has one Standard Pricing item called “General Price” for $10, and a corresponding Member Pricing item called “Member Price” for $5.
When I log in as a member and register, and click to pay with paypal,
the Order Summary has the following text for the line item:
“General Price for Event” with a cost of $5.
So it’s pulling in the right price, but it is showing the wrong description/name for that price. I would expect it to say “Member Price for Event” at $5.
Is there a setting I need to tweak for this to behave as expected or is this a known issue?
I apologize if this is already resolved somewhere in the forums, I was unable to find anything via search.
Oops, Forgot to provide the version info:
Wordpress 3.5
Installed/Activated:
Event Espresso Version 3.1.29.1.P
Event Espresso – Calendar Version 2.0.4
Event Espresso – Members Addon Version 1.9.6
Event Espresso – Ticketing Version 2.0.9
This is actually expected behaviour, the members price is saved in the database table under the none members price. Why, I don’t know.
I’ll raise a feature request ticket to see if we can get it changed, but currently feature requests are on hold whilst we focus on 3.2 so it may be a while before we can get to it.
