I think it would be great if you would write a little comment just to say that you are experiencing the issue as well. I got something at Paypal to help me but the guys in charge of IPN haven’t been very responsive. I just try to gather more “victims” and proof that something is going wrong.
This is something we only just started to experience, and thought it was limited simply to our site, but our community is now voicing that this is occurring on their sites too.
I have a developer ticket raised and I’ll add this post to it so our lead developer can examine it and see what we can do to help get it resolved!
