Payment Settings linking to a white screen (EE3)

We have recently installed EE3 3.1.36.5.P and everything works fine except for the payment settings tab in event espresso. When selected it opens to a white screen. Can anyone provide any ideas on how to fix the problem?

Hi Elaine,

The first thing to try would be to increase your memory allowance. Please follow these guidelines (it does involve a small file edit): http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
