Payment confirmation email is not sent with 100% discount

When a customer applies a promotion code of 100% and completes his registration, the payment-part is skipped (wich is good) but the payment confirmation e-mail is not sent. And in my setup he needs this mail as it contains the link to the ticket. I do not want to sent the ticket link in the confirmation e-mail as this one is sent before payment (without discount is completed.

Hi,

The problem is, if the event has a 100% discount, the event becomes free, so no payment is made. Therefore no payment email is sent out.

You could set the confirmation email to not go out before payment has been recieved (General Settings, “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” = No) and then add the ticket link to that email.
