hello, i just downloaded the light version. it seams to work good but its front end is ugly – where can i find documentation on styling it and adding images.
also regarding the paid version, is their premade templates or an easier way for styling the frontend?

The paid version has built-in Themeroller support and access to documentation about styling the forms.

Thx for the info. Last question for now. If i buy the Basic version, its it a one time charge or is it a yearly subscription?

Hello Jason,
The fee is for one year. You can continue to use the plugin beyond that but you will not receive any further updates or premium support.
