Paid Subscription but no licence keys issued to my account

My Subscription for Event Expresso was paid for and confirmed but i was not issued with any licence keys when i logged into my account. What is the problem here and how do i rectify it quickly?

Hi Kathryn,

Your licence code has been allocated on your account and is currently in use on the gold coast website.

If you log into your account page, you will see the licence keys on the left hand side, under Account Settings.
