I am not receiving an email confirmation when someone registers for classes through my website so I don’t know when they register if I don’t look at the website. I need an email notification whenever anyone purchases or registers through my website. I need to know the best way to go about this.
Are you using EE3 or EE4? Are other people getting the emails from EE? Are you getting any mail from WP or from the server? Email problems can be tricky to track down, but the main idea is to work your way up the tree, so to speak, and see if more general cases are working, then work your way back down to the specific case that is not working.
