Hi at EE,
I have been surfing around your site for ages now but can´t access/find the relevant information.
– For a client I would need to disable all payment – they only need registering people attending their classes.
– They do not need to be signed up members necessarily.
-In the future though they would want payment onlien. Ist there a WooCommerce connection planned? In Germany we do have very strict data protection so Woo is a solution which would work just fine.

Hi Steph,
Currently there isn’t a particular way to accept registrations for events that cost but require no payment.
What we suggest in that situation is to use one of the Offline gateways c´such as Invoice or Cheque and to modify it’s wording to suit. This will allow the plugin to finalise the registration and allow you to show the actual price of the event.
WooCommerce wise, we are considering integration but not in the near future, we have our hands full with Event Espresso 4. We do have a lot of secure payment gateways though – https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/
