EE3 One coupon / promotional code per order

Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P
WordPress version WP 3.9.2
Do any of the new updates or versions solve this problem – I only want one coupon code used at the end of the registration order, not one coupon per person / ticket. Thank you.

Correction – Here is my problem. I offer a $10 coupon (1 or 2 tickets) and a $119 off coupon (3+ tickets). Currently, if one ticket is purchased, they can enter the $119 coupon code and they won’t be charged for one ticket. Is there a work around?
