Old events didn't transfer with upgrade

Hey there! Im new to this plugin. My client has just upgraded, Ive deactivated the old version and uploaded the newest but all of the events are gone. Am I missing something? I was told by my client that a support member had said that all of her events/forms should transfer over.

Hi Kayla,

Can you clarify what version you upgraded from and to please?

Also it might simply be that the older events are hidden. If you are using EE3, please check the status filter and set it to ALL and click the Filter Status button.
