Hello,

My site: odysseyteencamp.com/register, is delivering this error: “Nothing in your Event Queue” for users trying to register from at least internet explorer & safari. It appears to be working in Chrome. We have no caching plug-in active. PLEASE help. This is causing our potential clients a ton of frustration.

Thanks.

Follow-up: It’s actually not working in Chrome either. It only appears to work when I am logged in.

Follow-up again: It works on any browser when I’m logged in, on no browser when I am not logged in.

And a third follow up, just because I am trying other trouble-shooting steps. I re-installed w3 total cache, cleared the cache, disabled all caching, and tried it again. Still nothing. Also, when I register and get the “nothing in your event queue” error and refresh, nothing happens once again.

And, final follow up. It turns out Bluehost VPS has an automatic caching service that they turned on without my knowledge when I upgraded my hosting package. You can close this ticket now, thanks anyway.
