Not getting updates on my site. Is latest EE 4.9.3p?

Hi,
I logged into my site today and I see no updates listed when I check but then I came here and I see a few revisions have been released from what I have. For example EE is 4.8.43p and ALL of my other EE plugins are out of date. Why is this happening? How can I fix it?

Also, why is the EE download in my account called Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v4.9.3.p is this the correct version to update?

I figured it out. I had easy update plugin installed and it was interfering with updates.
