No Support Licence Key or Downloads in account after purchase

I have purchased Event Espresso 4 – Everything license. I created the account as requested then logged into the account. There are no downloads (main plugin and add-ons) available and there is no support license keys displaying in my account.

I can supply email with receipt details form PayPal is needed.

Please fix immediately as I urgently require the software.

Sorry about this, we are having some issues with the purchasing system.

Please send a copy of your purchase email over to support@eventespresso.com (include a link to this forum page please), and I will get your account activated ASAP!
