Hey Guys,

I’ve search everywhere for this, but nothing seems to work. Apologies if I’ve missed this help elsewhere.

I’ve added some new events to a new website that’s scheduled to launch in the next couple of weeks. However, the new events that have been added are simply just not showing up on the “events” listing page.

I can provide temporary admin access to this site so you can view the situation if you wish?

Also, any updates on when the registering for multiple events add-on for EE4 will be ready? This will be incredibly valuable for this project.

Thanks in advance and all the best,

Dean

Hi,

Are you just viewing events via the http://www.YourSite.Name.com/events/ or are you using the ESPRESSO_EVENTS shortcode on a different page?

Can you provide a link to your event list?

Are the events published (rather than draft, etc)?

Also, any updates on when the registering for multiple events add-on for EE4 will be ready? This will be incredibly valuable for this project.

Sorry, we have no updates on this currently.

Hey Dean,

I am viewing the list on http://inbfcanada.com/events/ however, you won’t see this actual page unless you’re logged into the CMS. And yes, all events (new and expired) are published.

Also, I noticed when I deactivated the EE4 plugin the events url doesn’t work (404 Error) even though an Events Page has been created. Is there a way to get that back? The reason is I may have to go another way other than EE for this project.

Thanks in advance.

Ahhh that might be the issue. If you have a page called Events it will conflict with the Custom Post Type called events.

I would suggest either:

1) Renaming the Page called events (including the “slug”) to something other than Events.

2) If that page is necessary, then you can rename the Custom Post Type itself, see here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-events-cpt-slug/

After either of those, I would “flush” your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and simply pressing the save/update button.

You rock Dean! That worked perfectly.
Thanks so much and all the best!
