Hi,
I have added 3 prices to an event but only 2 prices are showing. I’ve read in other posts that I should have MER activated but I’m using Price Modifier for different events, and PM is not compatible with MER. Any suggestions?
EE: v3.1.35.2.P
WP: v3.7.1

Hi Tania,
Even if you are not using MER, the different tickets should show up. I’m not seeing any issues on a local test site, nor are we aware of an issue with prices.
I assume they are not showing up in the dropdown box on the single event registration page? Or is it the Event List page?
Can you provide a link to an event with the issue and advise what should be showing?

Thanks for your clarifying questions. The prices are not appearing on the drop down list on the event registration page. The site is in dev atm and is commercial in confidence so is there a way I can provide links privately?

Oops. Turns out the system is working correctly, just not the way I was expecting the pricing to show. In the drop down on event registration, it only shows the Member Admission pricing and not General Admission pricing, which is not what I expected. The event is not a Member Only event so it’s a bit puzzling…
I’ve changed the price labels as a work around but it would be good to know why the GA pricing options are not showing. Thanks.

Hi,
If you are logged in, you are a member so you will see membership prices. Logged out users will see the non membership prices.
Member only events will literally block off the event from logged out users.
