Multi-Day events break when they span a weekend – Reposting again

I posted this in December 2022 and never got any resolution so I’m posting again as it is still happening.
We have weekend events, and I set my first day of the week to Monday to fix this last year.
On a regular basis, the calendar resets to Sunday as the first day of the week and breaks the events again.
I logged in last week, changed the first day to Monday, saved it and confirmed it was working.
Today, it was back to Sunday as the start of the week again. We are running the most current versions of WordPress, Expresso and Expresso calendar.
Does anyone have a solution?
