Hi Josh or Dean.

Brent here from http://www.amsn.com.au

I have just upgraded my website from EE3 to EE4.

firstly I want to congratulate you guys on making such a great new product. It really is a top class product and EE4 lays out just I wanted my enrollment website to look.

Also we done for writing the code to migrate the date over. I cant imagine how much work that must of been.

I am having an issue getting the Mijireh gateway to work. I have set up an account and, and entered the API in the payment settings and set up a slurped page. I have also paid the 50 dollars registration fee.

It appears to be able to make contact with the Mirjreh server and the slurped page appears.
When I try and make an credit card payment I am getting a message saying that it is a test payment. I do not wish to make test payments I wish to make payments.

you can see a screen shot of my error here
http://www.amsn.com.au/brentstest/

I have looked everywhere for some type of sandbox disabling feature both in the EE4 interface and the mirjeh backend but could find nothing.

I would also like to pass on some feedback that I not happy with your decision to go with mirjeh. NAB transact is already a stand-alone payment gateway that is perfectly adequate of being integrated into your plugin ( and was also done in EE3). Not to mention I am now being charged by the credit card companies, NAB transact direct and now the mirjeh gateway !

Its also confusing for customers. The current Mirjeh payment icon does not depict credit card payments in anyway. If your going to stick with Mirjreh I would suggest using a new picture that shows credit cards in them.

I would humbly request that you look at adding a NAB transact direct gateway in the future to the EE4. the more steps in the system the more room for fuckups.

In the meantime congrats again on what will be an amazing plugin.

I hope you may be able to help me somewhat urgently as my customers are not able to enroll in my seminars at the moment unless they use paypal
. I did do a test install on a beta version of my site but this was not an error that I anticipated.

cheers
Brent

oh yes

I would also like to be able to delete the billing address on the mijirh gateway. This info is not copied across and is not relavent and makes extra work and frustration for my customers ๐Ÿ™‚

Just an update.

I was able to get the gateway out of sandbox test mode. there is a green icon on the buttom right hand of the screen that selects this.

I will stand by my earlier comments of being able to remove the billing adress and changing the incon to reflect pictures of credit cards to help my customers understand there options.

No further action needed at this stage from you guys but I will leave this post open incase you have some ideas.

cheers
Brent

Hi Brent,

As always, thanks for your feedback.

We do plan on introducing more gateways in the future, Mijireh was the quickest way to get a large segment of our audience (who uses a wide variety of gateways) access to their gateway without delaying the plugin up too much.

I don’t know which ones will be added or when, but when we have our list up I’ll add your +1 for the NAB gateway.

The icon can be changed in the Payment Settings section http://take.ms/VWg5S

The form details can’t be done right now, but I’ll add a feature request for it, as it would be nice to have this for all gateways when their API allows it.

There’s one already in the plugin if that’s of use, it’s found here: /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg_429/modules/gateways/pay-by-credit-card.png

thanks mate

I went with another one of the web that only states master and visa as we had a bucket load of trouble with american express users trying to use a gateway that did not accept their overpriced cards !

cheers for the thought ๐Ÿ™‚

One last thing on this, the Mijireh address issue has already been resolved and should be available as of EE 4.3
