Messages System Contexts for Registrant in Not Approved/Pending Payment template

Hi there,

We use EE4 as ticketing system for our regional sport festivals.
Because of safety regulation we have to limit our number or participants and in order to be fair we modified our registration workflow.

Our potential participants register in groups of 5 people in a 48h window and are set to “Not Approved”.
After running a lottery a subset of those are set to pending payment and each registrant make a bank transfer for his own ticket.

However, only the primary registrant of these groups get the registration mail and the payment mail.
That’s a real issue for us, because sometimes the primary registrant have to cancel his participation and the others won’t get the information.

We realized that the Messages System Context for registrant is missing for the Not approved / Pending Payment mail template.

We badly need for our workflow to not have a differentiation between primary and other registrant.
How could we achieve that?
Is there a way to add this context with small portion of code?
