How do you create a custom email temaplte for a specific event and attach it to that event? I see you can do custom templates but I don’t see how you actually create one.
These can be created via the event itself. If you scroll down to the bottom and click the Switch to Custom Templates button for the particular message type.
Currently there is no way to create templates that can be used on multiple events.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a bug right now that stops the messages from being created (sorry!) we are currently working on a fix for it.
