Hi, I am using EE Event Espresso – 3.1.30.1P (I used the download link for 3.1.30.2 to download but it seemed to give me this version) on site http://www.mcctorontochoir.com and I always have to add attendees in the admin area manually. I added approximately 6 attendees to my Feb. event, and I received the confirmations via email. Now, when I go to my attendee list, it says I have FOUR attendees. The first three were web registrations, and only my LAST manually registered attendee is showing in my attendee list, and the total attendees reads 4, but there should be 8 total attendees. I went back in and tried to register on of the attendees over again manually in the admin, and when I did it removed the last attendee I added, and still listed FOUR with the last one being the most recently added attendee via admin area!!!! It is like it is overwriting the last manual entry and NOT adding them as unique attendees. I do not want to re-add any more so they don’t keep getting confirmation emails over and over. I HAVE to be able to add attendees manually in the admin area. This all worked fine before I upgraded. Now I have an event coming Feb. 22, for which I need this to run properly, as each SUnday we have in-person registrations that I need to enter into the online system manually. Please help! FYI, I believe Seth and Sidney have user admin access to the site, as we have had major issues in the past that they have needed access to my wp admin area. Also, my site license needs resetting to be assigned to this domain. Also, I am using the Multiple Events Registration and Calendar plugins. Thanks |
Hi, Sorry to hear you are having these issues. I am looking into the issue right now. |
|
I reset your license key. |

Okay. I am seeing the issue as well. Not sure why this is happening all of a sudden, I been testing this quite a bit lately. Let me see if I can make a quick fix. |

I’m having the same issue. As soon as I add a new attendee, it deletes the last entry? |

I found the problem and will have to get a hotfix out tomorrow. In the meantime, I can fix this for you really quick, if you want. If so, I will need FTP login credentials to your site, You can send the details using this form: |

Okay, sorry for the trouble, we just uploaded the hotfix for this. You should be able to run the auto-update. |
