When someone places an order for an event and receives their confirmation email, the logo that we have placed in the Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Existing Logo does not pull through.
Recipients receive the message with a box with a question mark where the logo is supposed to be.
Can you check the url that is in the “upload new logo” box on the general settings page and make sure that it is an absolute and not a relative url? Looks like the domain name is missing in the email image source.
