License issues

Using EE 3.1.36.5.P and WP 4.1 and my installation stopped recognizing my support license (active through May 2015). I already reset the license with Event Espresso, and then I reinstalled it on my site per directions.

My EE plugin on my site still says it can’t be auto-updated because the license in invalid, and now my Event Espresso account says the license is “Not currently activated on any websites” and I can’t get that to update. Please advise.

Hi Amy,

According to your account page the licence key hasn’t been activated.

Can you check the settings in the plugin please and make sure the account key has been added correctly (correct key and no white space before or after), and save the settings.
