licence key issues

A few months ago I requested a license key reset as I moved to a new website domain. I received that new key and all is well on the new site until I wanted to upgrade to the 4.4.4 version. Now I am getting the following message on my site:

“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

Please advise!
