“Another question: for the first time I had to cancel an attendee…. I tried to cancel him but the only possible action is deleting his entry, which is not what I want. I would like to be able to see if there was a cancellation, not just delete the attendee without any trace.
Go to Event Overview
Hover over the event in question and click attendees
Click the name of the attendee you wish to cancel
On the right, find and click View/Edit Payment Details
Change the attendees Payment Status to Cancelled
Click the Update Payment button
