Hi there! 1. Must be able to “Register Now” (click to purchase a course as soon as you see it) 2. Search and purchase by unique course code – We also produce a printed catalogue and would like to align the online experience with our printed course codes. Is this possible to do? 3. List of all classes sorted by day of week. We have courses that run in different ways. Some are run over consecutive days, others are offered once a week over ten weeks, some are offered once, and we have special events for which we sell tickets. We would like to display a list of courses available by day of week. Is this possible? 4. Unique student ID number would be great, with student profile so that you can log in to see what course have been taken in the past. 5. Email confirmation of course. 6. Ask for donation after registration. 7. Integration with QuickBooks. 8. Can we create a waiting list for the classes if filled? 9. Sort classes by day of week Coudl you also provide me with the name of an art school that has used EE so that I can see how they’ve done it? |

Hi Judy,
All events in the event list have a register now button that allows the registration to continue. Or did you mean something diferent?
This could be custom developed, but is not part of the plugin.
Events can be ordered by event start date. this should be by default, but if necessary you can use the shortcode [ESPRESSO_EVENTS order_by=”start_date” order=”ASC”] on a post/page to list events in date order.
Each attendee has a unique code, and if they are registered on your site, WP gives a unique ID for each user. With EE4’s WP User Integration addon, attendees that book events while logged in, can view their events in their WP Profile (no front end system yet, it’s on our to do list).
Yes.
Not currently, but we are considering this as a future option.
Not currently, but if we get enough interest and/or sponsors, we would look at an integration for EE4. See here for a discussion https://eventespresso.com/topic/ee4-and-quickbooks-intuit-merchant-services-payment-gateway/
Not yet, though this is in disccussion. You can use a Ninja Form and this small script to enable a contact form for sold out events: https://gist.github.com/joshfeck/fa7725952e9087c1a781
See number 3 for sorting by start date. Let me know if you have further questions or need clarification on anything. |
