Invoice for already-registered user

Sometimes people register, then telephone saying they can’t obtain an invoice, or that they can’t find it. They probably wouldn’t be able to find it from anything on a “payment reminder” email either.

For these people, is it possible for the administrator to download an invoice from the system, to email directly to the delegate?

Hi,

Assuming this is for EE4.

If so, you can find an invoice icon in the transaction listing, allowing you to view and download/print the invoice or receipt.
